Cold: Leads who are unfamiliar with your brand, have no opinion on it, or don’t intend to buy anything. You may know their contact information, but you haven’t yet started the process of turning them into a customer.
Warm: Leads who have been exposed to some of your brand messaging or have heard about your business and are somewhat interested in buying. They may have followed you on social media or expressed interest in learning about your services.
Hot or Qualified: Leads who have a positive opinion of your brand, know what they would like to buy from you, and are close to making a purchase. They are ready to buy and need to be convinced that you are the best business to buy from.
I am the CMO. As a CEO-type thinker, I partner closely with executive leadership, sales, and delivery.
I hold a master’s degree in journalism with a focus on print media. What I love best of all is to explain, in layman’s terms, which specific technologies can help improve which exact business processes and how exactly.
In 2025, I earned the CIM Level 6 Diploma in Professional and Digital Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing, which is the practical equivalent of a bachelor’s degree in marketing.
